UME Kindergarten students celebrated the 100th day of school by counting out 100 Froot Loops. They practiced counting by 1s, 5s, and 10s to get to 100. After they counted out 100 Froot Loops, students enjoyed their 100th-day treat.
Mrs. Dunn’s second-grade class at NMC held a 100th Day of School Museum where each student made a piece to display for parents, friends, and others to see!

Fifth-grade students at UME studied the states of matter by creating ice cream through a hands-on experiment. Students observed and discussed the changes in the ice cream ingredients and related them to the states of matter.

For their final project, students in Digital Photography created long-exposure photographs conveying a concept of their choice. Students worked in groups and practiced directing and lighting a photo shoot.
