Superintendent Dr. Brian Ricca

I am a lifelong educator and seasoned superintendent with nearly 30 years of experience helping schools and districts grow stronger, more connected, and more student-centered. My leadership is rooted in a simple truth: when the adults in a system trust each other, communicate openly, and work together with clarity, students thrive.

Across my career as a teacher, principal, and superintendent in multiple states, I have built cultures grounded in relationships, integrity, and coherence. I am known for listening deeply, leading with steadiness, and bringing people together—especially in moments of change or uncertainty. My work consistently focuses on improving outcomes for students by strengthening the adults who serve them.
